Join Us and Get Involved:

Evangelism – Planning continues for the “Blessing of the Bikes” during Thunder in the Valley on June 26. Help will be needed out in the parking lot and serving refreshments. Same with a car show later this summer.

Social Ministry – Help make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children this summer.  Volunteer with the Backyard Ministries Summer Club.  Mid-June to Mid-August every Thursday from 3-4 at the Coopersdale Pavillion.  Everything is provided.  You just need to show up with a smile and enthusiasm!  If you’re interested or need more info on how you can help, contact Mike Kozak at 814-244-6880.

Of Interest to Women –WELCA will support the May 7 flea market by holding a bake sale. Please make plans to bake your favorite tasty treats.  Anything chocolate or peanut butter are crowd favorites. Call Joan Hunter 814-955-2737 with questions. All women are welcome to attend our monthly meeting May 17 at 6:00 PM.

Property – Our annual “Weed and Feed” happens May 10 at 5:30. Bring your favorite garden tools (put your name on them so they find their way back to you!) Help make our church look beautiful for summer and get exercise, fresh air and fellowship at the same time.  Vittles will be served for all!

Youth & Family –A cookout for school-aged children and family members will be held May 14 after the 5:30 service. Pastor Jonathan has more details.
